The sun was shining in Manchester and the streets were lined with spectators as the Altrincham festival parade took place last weekend.
If you went down you might have seen us showing off our range of stunning trucks! The convoy departed from Altrincham town centre at 11.00am on Saturday 6th July and made its way down Cavendish road, twisting and turning to Stockport road and ending up at the Festival Showground in Timperley.
J Davidson chose to showcase 10 vehicles in total with our big name trucks like James Bond, Terminator, Burnout and Ironman, all making an appearance. Alongside them were two RS2000’s, a Mark 2 Jaguar, a Sprinter van car transporter and two Honda pickups.
Down at the fairground there were lots of different attractions going on; one of the main highlights was Mark Stanages High fall show, which involved setting himself on fire and falling off a very high platform into shallow water. An entertaining watch but we’re glad he didn’t ask us to join in!
